We’ve gathered our teams from AVISTO Eastern Europe and ELSYS Eastern Europe and attended one of the most adventurous team building we’ve done so far. Check out our video and see how our team handled facing the challenges of endurance, strength, and speed.
Invictus Challenge is a competition divided into three challenges, where competitors in three different terms, on three different terrains, struggle to complete the course by overcoming various natural and artificial obstacles along the way.
The overall goal of this competition, which is taking place on Fruška gora in Novi Sad, is for the competitors to have a good time overcoming various obstacles. We believe that today’s employees put high priority on company culture because they want to work for the company, they can feel proud to work at. Since we have a history of having some amazing team buildings at even more amazing destinations and group challenges, this team building was no exception.
Invictus challenge was a great opportunity to establish trust and respect between colleagues by collaborating in adventures challenges and overcoming obstacles. We believe that a positive attitude towards the company culture helps employees become aware of their value and their huge contribution to the team and most importantly, it builds confidence in their skills.
That’s why it meant so much to us seeing people from both companies, Avisto Eastern Europe and Elsys Eastern Europe, “fighting” together under the same colors of our Extreme Division.
We don’t want to brag but we must admit that our colleagues achieved more than impressive results.
As a team, where the results of the fastest 3 competitors from the team are taken, in the Orange challenge category (5 km), the Avisto Eastern Europe’s team took a really high 4th place while the Elsys Eastern Europe’s team took 5th place.
When it comes to individual results, Nemanja Bukinac part of our Avisto Eastern Europe’s team, finished in a fantastic 7th place. Our ladies, Tamara Gengo, part of Avisto Eastern Europe, and Milica Radmilovic, part of Elsys Eastern Europe, finished in the 5th and 8th place respectively.
The race was the perfect opportunity to show our endurance, toughness, speed, and teamwork and while doing all that, to have an amazing time with your colleagues. If you want to challenge yourself and sense the atmosphere of that day, take a look at what the Invictus challenge looks like in our video.
